Where do we ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Grande Prairie, Alberta.
When do we ship?
We strive to ship your order out the same-day shipping if the order is placed before 3 pm Mountain Time. If an order is placed after 3 pm Mountain Time it will be shipped out the next business day. If a product is not in stock you will be contacted via either email or text message with the status.
How do we ship?
We ship either through Canada Post or Purolator depending on the speed of shipping. If we are shipping to a PO. Box we will use Canada post.
