The Inrico DR10 Gateway is designed to enable seamless connectivity between traditional Analog/DMR radios and Push-to-talk over Cellular (PoC). The DR10 not only facilitates the expansion of a hybrid communication system, but also protects previous LMR investments.
How It Works
Inrico DR10 gateway enables connectively between two-way radios/walkie talkies and Push-to-talk over Cellular/PoC radios. For those who have an installation base of two-way radios and plan to add PoC radios or migrate to a PoC system, the DR10 Gateway facilitates the expansion of this type of hybrid system so you do not have to stop using your traditional two way radios or LMR communications equipment.
With the DR10, users of Professional Mobile Radios (PMR or LMR) are not confined in the protocol silo any longer; across the protocols, they can make individual and group calls to PoC radios and vice versa. This feature enables the DR10 to also act as a repeater for analog radios. Inrico’s convergent gateway solution seamlessly allows the expansion and upgrade of their private networks.
